Little Lakes Learning's Tutoring Agreement Policy

Introduction

This Tutoring Agreement Policy ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of tutoring services by Little Lakes Learning to students and their parents or legal guardians ("Client" or "You"). By enrolling in our tutoring programs, you agree to abide by this Agreement.

Tutoring Services

1. Scope of Services

   - Little Lakes Learning will provide tutoring services in the subject area(s) and for the duration specified in the enrolment agreement.

2. Tutor Selection

   - We will assign a qualified tutor to work with the Client, taking into consideration the Client's needs and preferences.

Scheduling and Attendance

1. Session Scheduling

   - Sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability between the Client and the assigned tutor.

2. Attendance

   - The Client is responsible for attending scheduled tutoring sessions promptly.

   - If the Client needs to reschedule a session, a notice of 12 hours is required to avoid cancellation fees (as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy).

Payment

1. Fees

   - The Client agrees to pay the fees for tutoring services as outlined in the enrolment agreement.

2. Payment Method

   - Payment can be made using the accepted methods outlined in our Payment and Billing Policy.

3. Late Payments

   - Late payment may result in additional charges, as specified in our Payment and Billing Policy.

Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation

   - The Client may cancel tutoring sessions following the guidelines outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

2. Refund

   - Requests for refunds will be processed in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Confidentiality

1. Confidentiality Agreement

   - Tutors and staff members of Little Lakes Learning will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client, including academic records and personal information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Code of Conduct

1. Conduct

   - The Client agrees to abide by the Code of Conduct outlined in our Code of Conduct Policy.

Changes to Terms

1. Modification

   - Little Lakes Learning reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement as needed. Any changes will be communicated to the Client.

Termination

1. Termination

   - Little Lakes Learning reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, violation of the Code of Conduct, or disruptive behaviour.

Governing Law

1. Jurisdiction

   - This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of federal and provincial laws.
