Little Lakes Learning accepts the following payment methods for our tutoring services:
1. Cash: We accept Cash payments made in CAD
2. Online Payment: Payments can be made securely through E-transfer.
- Students will be billed for tutoring services based on their chosen billing frequency, which may include options such as hourly, weekly, or monthly billing.
- Tutors may also provide invoices for prepaid packages or custom arrangements.
- Invoices will include a breakdown of charges, session dates, and any applicable taxes.
- Payments are due same day as the date of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in our Late Payment Policy.
- A late fee of 50% will be applied to invoices not paid within the specified payment due date.
- Little Lakes Learning may make reasonable efforts to collect outstanding payments, which may include reminders, notifications, or suspension of tutoring services.
- Refund requests will be considered in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- If you believe there is an error on your invoice or have a billing dispute, please contact Little Lakes Learning as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
- Some students may opt for automatic recurring payments. By selecting this option, you authorize Little Lakes Learning to charge your payment method for ongoing tutoring services based on the agreed billing frequency.
- It is the responsibility of the student to keep their payment information up to date. Failure to do so may result in disruptions to tutoring services.
