Code of Conduct

1. Respect for Others

- Treat all students, tutors, and staff members with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background or abilities.

- Avoid offensive language, discriminatory behavior, or harassment in any form.

2. Professionalism

- Maintain punctuality for tutoring sessions and appointments.

- Be prepared and organized for each session.

- Communicate professionally and promptly with students, parents, and colleagues.

3. Confidentiality

- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all student and tutor information, both personal and academic.

4. Diversity and Inclusion

- Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive learning environment.

- Avoid any form of discrimination, including but not limited to, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

5. Academic Honesty

- Encourage academic honesty and integrity.

- Do not engage in or support any form of academic dishonesty, such as plagiarism or cheating.

6. Conflict Resolution

- Resolve conflicts or disputes in a respectful and constructive manner.

- Seek assistance if necessary. 

Consequences of Violations 

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or termination from our tutoring programs, depending on the severity of the violation. Serious violations may also be reported to legal authorities. 

Reporting Violations 

If you believe that a violation of this Code of Conduct has occurred, please report it to us as soon as possible.
